Update

Haven’t written in a few days.

Hello!

I’m still with Insanity, although my ankle still hurts. It’s no longer creaking, but when I flex both feet downwards, I can feel that my tendon is as hard as a rock and really tender. Odd. But, whatair.

Last night, I sweat. A LOT. Damn Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  I’ve found (so far) that that’s the workout that makes sweat the most.  All of that jumping, shoot. It hurts!

I do the Fit Test again on Saturday.  I’ll post my first Fit Test results along with the second ones.  It’s also weigh day on Saturday.

Last Saturday, I was down four pounds 😀 Although, I’m still 11 pounds higher than my lowest (175 and not 164), I can feel myself getting back there.  Insanity is helping.

Welp, that’s all I have to say about that.
