All Sorts of Distracted

I’ve got an Anatomy exam on Endocrinology, Neurology, and the Special Senses tomorrow and still have approximately 4,335,089 hours of studying left to do (y’all…this class is work) and all I can think about is…

It’s still 8 months away and I want to start training…now. Trouble is, I haven’t really completed any sort of “real” run in about 6 months, maybe more. I’m terrified to start running again. I know that I’ve lost most of my running stamina and it’s realistic for that to happen but I’m so scared of having to start all over. I DON’T WANT TO START ALL OVER.

Why can’t I just get better at running by reading Runner’s World?
